Best time to book your session
Newborns are best photographed when they are under three weeks of age. After three weeks babies are a little harder to settle, don’t curl into position as easily and things like colic and baby acne can start to flare up. Please contact me at any time during your pregnancy to give me your estimated due date, I will make a tentative booking and when your baby is born you can contact me to arrange the best day for your session.
Where do the sessions take place
Newborn sessions typically take place in my home studio in Petit Valley.
Sessions lasts between 3 – 4 hrs, allowing for a variety of set ups as well as ample time for feeding, settling and cuddling as necessary.
All props including blankets, beanies, wraps and headbands, sourced both locally and internationally, are available during your session. If you have an item of sentimental value that you would like included, I will make every effort to incorporate it in the session.

2 – 4 weeks after the session, I will email you with a password for your private online proofing gallery. These images will be low resolution and watermarked and are for selection purposes only.
